Local Researchers

More detailed analysis of the scope, operation and impact of different national legal systems throughout the globe will be conducted by local researchers, selected primarily on the basis of their particular knowledge and expertise and/or professional experience within the broad field of access to justice.
In many ways, these local researchers form the backbone of the Global Access to Justice Project, as they will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date technical data that supports the entire survey. Local researchers will represent their respective countries and will present a local national report describing their particular country’s justice system. These national reports will be grouped on a regional geographic basis and published in the section relating to its region (as indicated in the book outline).
